ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 Counter Affidavit and rejoinder to the same filed on behalf of respective parties be kept on the record. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.4.2013, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar has refused maintenance to her in Maintenance case No.153 of 2007 on the ground that the marriage could not be proved. Even though there is no requirement of proof of marriage in an application for maintenance in view of the subsequent development by which the Opposite Party No.2 and his family members were acquitted in a case under Section 498A I.P.C., I find no reason for interfering in the order.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
