JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 It has been pointed out that in the last para of the order dated 13.07.2017 passed in this case, some typographical error has taken place.

It appears that on account of inadvertence and typographical error, some mistake has occurred with regard to the mentioning of the concerned Court and P.S. case number. In above view of the matter, the last paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 13.07.2017 is modified and the same be read as follows : " Accordingly, let the abovementioned petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Sonpur, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Kachahri Rail P.P. (Sub-Division-Sonpur Rail) P.S. case no. 72 of 2016. "
