2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 127(2), 190, 191(2), 303(2), 351(2) & 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted son of informant with Garasa. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
