JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 The petitioners in the present writ application have sought for a direction to the respondent to cancel the entire process of selection and appointment of the Panchayat Teachers done by respondent no.9, in the 2nd phase of selection and appointment of the Panchayat Teacher of 2008, in the Gram Panchayat Raj, Rakhwari situated within Andhrathari Block, in the District of Madhubani, since the same has been done by the respondent concerned in violation of the relevant rules of appointment. The petitioners are directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Madhubani within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
