Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections-302 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court keeping in view that the informant has been unfortunate father, whose one daughter has been killed by another daughter (petitioner no. 2) and her husband (petitioner no. 1), this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25274 of 2015 (3) dt.26-08-2015 Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering before the Court below and seeking regular bail.
