For the State : Mr. C. Jawahar, A.P.P. =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-09-2015 No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks Revision of the order dated 12.5.2010 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, in Criminal Revision No. 47 of 2009 by which he was set aside the order dated 13.4.2009 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in Case No. 214(M) of 1990 in a Proceeding under Section 147 Cr. P.C. Since the original Proceeding was of the year 1990 and substantive order was passed way back in the year 2009, I see no reason for interference at this late stage.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
