The petitioner seeks inclusion of her name in the voter list of Lenin Nagar, Madanpur Panchayat in the district of Madhepura. Mr. Dinesh Kumar learned counsel while do admitting that the name of the petitioner stood deleted from the 2015 Assembly voter list, submits that it was done arbitrarily. Nonetheless no steps were taken by the petitioner either to get her name included in the Assembly voter list or to file any application in the prescribed form (MÛ) as prescribed by the State Election Commission for inclusion of her name in the voter list within the prescribed period.
In the circumstances, no indulgence can be granted to the prayer made. The writ petition is disposed of. Bibhash/- (Jyoti Saran, J) U
