JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 03.04.2018 passed by the Assistant Registration Inspector General, Saran Division, Chapra in Stamp Case No. 195 of 2017 by filing an appeal before the appellate authority.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the aforesaid order dated 03.04.2018 and in case an appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the appellate authority shall adjudicate the appeal of the petitioner
