The petitioners, five in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Md. Sabbir (petitioner no.
1) came at night and started shouting slogans - "Nitish Kumar and Lalu Yadav Jindabad." When the informant forbade him, the accused persons assaulted the informant and her brother. It is submitted that there is a counter-version. The injuries sustained by the informant and her brother are simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused Shahida @ Servada Khatun and Hamida
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16063 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 Khatun have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa P.S.
