2. The office has pointed out that the present writ application is not maintainable as the petitioner has to first move before the Armed Forces Tribunal.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepted the position and submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application with liberty to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal in the present matter.
