The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner assaulted to Chandan Kumar Singh with the butt of Rifle.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report of Chandan Kumar Singh has reflects only one cut injury on occipital region and other injury was complain of pain. Though, it is alleged that petitioner assaulted with butt of the rifle, but the accusation is not being corroborated by the medical opinion. The petitioner's side filed a case against informant side at the earlier point of time.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33781 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
