JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Although, petitioners and some others are named in the first information report on accusation that they mercilessly assaulted the deceased by means of different lethal weapons, but Annexure-2, the photo stat copy of postmortem report reveals that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased and the doctor could not give any exact reason for the death of the deceased. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioners appears to have already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioners above named are directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15093 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.02 of 2016.
