The petitioner is aggrieved by the selection process for appointment of Anganbari Sevika, Centre Code No.122, Karaundhi-II, Panchayat- Saran at Dinara in the district of Rohtas. The answer for her non-selection is found in the statement made at paragraph 16 of the counter affidavit which puts the petitioner at serial no.6. It is stated that since the person at serial no.1 had higher marks that she has been appointed. Although a distinction is sought to be created by learned counsel for the petitioner that the list pertains for some other centre i.e. Karaundhi-I but in absence of application of the petitioner on record and considering the proceedings brought on record at
Patna High Court CWJC No.6015 of 2016 dt.06-04-2018 Annexure 'E' to the counter affidavit which goes uncontested and recognizes the candidature of the petitioner for Anganbari Sevika at Karaundhi-I, I am of the opinion that the objection so raised is an afterthought and even if the petitioner may have been selected as Anganbari Sahayika for Karaundhi-II, that the statement made in the counter affidavit together with the proceedings of the Aam Sabha mentioning her candidature against Karaundhi-1 has not been contested, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence. The writ petition is dismissed.
