In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 302 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he fired shot at the deceased.

A report was called for from the court below about the stage of trial. That has been received and is available at Flag- 'C' which shows that amongst nine witnesses, seven have been examined. The examination-in-chief of the I.O. has also

It appears that the trial is likely to be concluded in near future.

If the trial is not concluded within a period of four months the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.
