2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.20417 of 2014(3) dt.09-02-2026 2/2 (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any appropriate writ for quashing of the order dated 29.08.2014 passed by Dr. K.P. Ramaiah, Member, Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 972 of 2013 and also for stay of order dated 29.08.2014 which has been passed in utter violation of settled principles of law.

(ii) For any other relief/ reliefs, this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
