The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made very specific allegation against the petitioner that petitioner along with Chandrika Sah and Kiran Devi came and assaulted her and thereafter Kiran Devi poured kerosene oil and Chandrika Sah ignited the fire causing her death. It is submitted that petitioner happens to be brother of Chandrika Sah but he has wrongly been mentioned in the FIR as son of Chandrika Sah but the deceased herself made statement and named the petitioner that he also assaulted her. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25622 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
