Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that except the confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since long but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Baligaon P.S.Case No. 39 of 2015.
