The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant by the coaccused, namely, Asgar Ali. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Asgar Ali to the informant, namely, Parmeshwar Kumar. He further submits that there is specific overt-act of stabbing by means of knife by co-accused Asgar Ali and not this petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against this

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S.
