The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that with regard to dispute over putting roof on the house the petitioners and others made assault to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and except one injury all the the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15071 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the genesis of the occurrence father of petitioner nos. 1 to 4 has been granted anticipatory bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.5397/2016, by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of this Court it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.154/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Nawadah. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
