This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are relations of the husband. The anticipatory bail matter of the husband of the complainant is already before the Patna High Court Mediation Committee. Allegation against the petitioners is that they committed assault against family members of the complainant, when they came for reconciliation.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14645 of 2017 (3) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-cum-S.J. III, Rohtas at Sararam, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
