This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 380 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are relations of the husband of opposite party no. 2.
Even after appearance through vakalatnama, no one appears on behalf of opposite party no. 2 since last date. There is general and omni bus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees
