JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The only material which has been pleaded in the first information report against the petitioner is that he along with several other persons found present in the hospital when the informant was taken to the hospital in the name of his medical examination. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.15431 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016.
