The petitioners seek modification in the name of the petitioner no. 2 in the order dated 18.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69719 of 2018.

It has been stated that because of mistake, the name of Harihar Bin, son of Late Keera Bin has been stated as Harihar Ram, son of Late Keera Bin.

Let the name of petitioner no. 2 be read of Harihar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71182 of 2019(4) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 Bin, son of Late Keera Bin.

However, the aforesaid averments on behalf of petitioner no. 2 shall be properly verified by the court below while granting the privilege under the order dated 18.06.2019.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.
