The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahesh Khut P.S. Case No. 87/13 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he took money from different persons for installing mobile towers. The petitioner had agreed to refund the money. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had not received any instruction from his client.
Considering the fact that the petitioner had undertaken to refund the money but he failed to do so, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Mahesh
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17238 of 2016 (4) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 Khut P.S. Case No. 87/13, corresponding to G.R. No. 1204/13. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
