The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 409 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is owner of the Tent House. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has supplied the items as demanded by co-accused Santosh Sah at four quarantine centres at different Schools. The Principals of the Schools duly verified and issued certificates to the effect that the petitioner has supplied the materials in quarantine centres, as is evident from Annexure-2 series of the bail application.
