JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Earlier petitioner has moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail and the application has been withdrawn as per submission of learned counsel for the petitioner as he could not mention criminal antecedent of the petitioner in the petition. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that four co-accused persons have been granted bail vide Annexures 6 series, who have also criminal antecedents, but petitioner is on bail in all the cases and in this case final form has been submitted but differing with the same learned Magistrate has taken cognizance. Heard learned APP also.
In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be
