2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 413, 420, 467, 468, 471, 401, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown criminals have stolen the vehicle of the informant. Petitioner is the wife of the one of the co-accused Pappu Khan who is accused of committing theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and is a lady. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabhua/concerned Court below in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Rohtas Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

8. This application stands allowed.
