The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 66/2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366, 367, 368, 380, 120B, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is of kidnapping the wife of the informant by the petitioners.
It is contended that prior to present case, the brother of the informant had lodged first information report stating that informant's wife had willingly gone to the house of the petitioner no. 1 Uttam Lal Rishideo and there was allegation for assault etc.

No.18662 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 When the accused persons were granted bail in the aforesaid case and the wife of the petitioner had filed affidavit which has been brought on record as Annexure-3 stating that since she was being ill-treated by the elder brother of her husband, she had willingly gone to the house of Uttamlal Rishideo, the subsequent first information report in the present case was lodged. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Uttamlal Risideo @ Uttimlal Risideo, Ayodhi Risideo, Prakash Risideo, Mahendra Risideo and Pramod Risideo be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Araria P.S. Case No. 66/2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
