2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 11.04.2013 passed in Rampur P.S. Case No.135 of 2012 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, taking cognizance of the offence under Sections 341, 323, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused-petitioner.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this
