The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 364A of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier this Court vide order dated 4.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2791 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioners with a liberty to renew their prayer for bail after completion of seven months in jail custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in jail since 20.10.2014.

In such view of the matter, let petitioners, namely, Lalan Singh and Parvesh Kumar Singh alias Pravesh Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31341 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 alias Vikky , be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Phulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 648 of 2014 (G.R. No.6605 of 2014), subject to the condition that petitioners would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
