After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks withdrawal of instant memo of appeal in order to facilitate the appellant to surrender before the learned lower court and during consideration of the regular bail, the learned lower court will consider the case and counter case apart from animosity prevailing amongst the parties since before.
