The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jokihat P.S. Case No. 36/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that a sum of Rs. 30,000/- was deposited by informant in Reliance Life Insurance Company. While a cheque of Rs. 22,535.61/- was issued in her favour, the petitioner took the cheque directly from the post office and deposited the same in the account of another woman of the same name and thereafter withdrew the amount by using his A.T.M. Card. It is submitted that the case has been compromised. The informant committed a mistake in depositing money with the Insurance Company as the name of another lady is same as that of

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that case has already been compromised between the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 36/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
