JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 31.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 366A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant's minor daughter aged about 14 years was forced to marry with Dilip Sah who is a blind person with the assistance of the petitioner and others, subsequently Dilip Sah refused to release the victim on pretext that he has purchased her.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against Dilip Sah whereas considering the fact that the informant and the victim subsequently retracted from their initial version, Dilip Sah and Ramjee Sah have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 6646 of 2009. A statement has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 353 of 2006.
