ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of motorcycle from the petitioner and for said motorcycle there was no First Information Report and it is submitted that the petitioner had got the same on a lower price and, as such, he was in possession of the motorcycle.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has a criminal history to which, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in several other cases only after he was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15954 of 2016 (4) dt.31-05-2016 P2/2 taken into custody in connection with the present case. He has also filed supplementary affidavit stating that the petitioner has been remanded subsequently.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Saran, Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 366/2015.
