ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 606 of 2013 (Tr. No. 3333 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a vague and general allegation has been made against these petitioners and a consequence thereof the petitioners are facing prosecution in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 had complained against the informant for making illegal vouchers with regard to distribution and purchase of dress materials in the school. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, the only allegation against

No.30300 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 him is that he had called the informant to the house of petitioner no. 1 Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 606 of 2013 (Tr. No. 3333 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
