The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No.646 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation petitioners have assaulted the informant with iron rod and hockey stick with intention to kill him which was restrained by his right hand got injured. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33662 of 2017 (2) dt.25-07-2017 prayer for bail is rejected.
