JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard Sri Parshuram Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Nirmala Kumari, learned A.P.P. This is the 4th attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013 registered under Section 147/148/149/338/379/385/427/436/504/509 and Section 17 of the CLA Act since 12.12.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that petitioner is in custody since long time no adequate progress has taken place in the case. On this ground alone a prayer has been made for extending the privilege of bail. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of the bail. Keeping in view the fact that petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28554 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 since 12.12.2013, the court considers that the petitioner can be extended the privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner namely Kishori Ravidas be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013.
