2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 8/20(b), (2)(3)/25 of the NDPS Act registered in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 12 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 49.117 Kg. of ganja from a new white Kwid car without registration number. It is submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the subject vehicle but he has no concern with the recovery of the incriminating goods nor was arrested at the spot, rather the vehicle had been taken by his brother Sanjeev Kumar who was arrested along with other co-accused persons. 4. Learned APP opposes the petition, submitting that more than small quantity of ganja has been recovered from the vehicle of which the petitioner is the owner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offences alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
