2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 303(2) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that informant went to attend the Baraat of one Sheo Shankar Sah by his four wheeler Bolero. He parked the said car and when he returned after 30 minutes, his Bolero car was found missing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation one Nandu Chaurasiya was arrested and he has named this petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that Nandu Chaurasiya has also named one Anil Yadav. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62905 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 granted bail to Nandu Chaurasiya vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 55057 of 2025 and and Anil Yadav vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 48008 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.06.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
