The petitioners seek bail in Kursela P.S. Case No. 43/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was married to Gorelal Mandal about two and half years ago. The informant got information from his elder daughter that Khusboo Devi was killed by her husband and other in-laws. It is submitted that petitioners are brothers-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They have no any concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. No allegation of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25600 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 demand of dowry and torture made against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 43/2015.
