This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 468, 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, initially, filed a complaint against a teacher, appointed on contract basis by producing forged certificate. The hearing of that matter had revealed that the petitioner was also appointed on the basis of forged certificate along with some other accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner never got any salary nor he was allowed to join on the post.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 264 of
