After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
