The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter was married to Deepak yadav, son of petitioners Nos. 1 and 2 in the year 2009. His daughter got a son, namely, Prince Kumar but the accused persons were tortured her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant got information that his daughter died and on enquiry it transpired that the petitioners and husband of his daughter assaulted his daughter and killed her. It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25436 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 mother-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased and they have no concern with the family affairs of deceased. The informant did not make any specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners and even during life time of his daughter no complaint was ever made. The deceased was again pregnant and the child died in womb and on account of that the daughter of informant died.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Amba P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
