This anticipatory bail petition has been filed by the petitioners after rejection by the court below. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the impugned order, learned Sessions Judge has mentioned that earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed off by the court below after giving undertaking by the petitioners in the court below that he will make payment of the amount due with BSFC in the form of Rs. 25,00,000/- monthly installment but the petitioners after depositing the first installment, did not deposit the remaining installment of the money. Thereafter, the petitioners again filed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49150 of 2017 (5) dt.05-01-2018 anticipatory bail petition in the court below after one year which was rejected by the court below.
In such circumstances, looking into conduct and attitude of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail which will be disposed off by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
