2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of bail by the petitioner as such earlier his prayer was rejected vide order dated 01.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52260 of 2024 with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge but he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that charges have

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Court, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial. (ii) the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date as directed by the Court below and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.
