The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 170/419 /420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been terminated and that she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIIrd, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down
