2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 271 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238 and Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2024. He further submits that in the trial out of eight witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and they all have turned hostile.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. Considering the fact that the trial has started and most of the witnesses have been examined, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
