No doubt, name of the petitioner has come in the statement of the deceased but no specific overt-act has been attributed against her rather it is stated that she along with others poured kerosene oil on the body of the deceased and it was husband of the deceased who lit fire on the person of the deceased. Moreover, petitioner's husband namely, Pankaj Rajak has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali P.S. Case no. 751/2014.
