2. The controversy is in respect of selection of respondent No. 8 as Anganbari Sevika of Centre No. 234, Ward No. 1, under Gram Panchayat Raj Lauwa Kala, in the District of Saran. The petitioner is claiming her better rights than that of respondent No. 8 for selection against the said post.

3. Selections are governed by the guidelines issued by the Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, which provides,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19730 of 2019 dt.07-11-2019 2/2 inter alia, grievance redressal mechanism. The petitioner is said to have approached the CDPO, Baniyapur Block, by making an application, which according to the petitioner, is pending since April, 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction that let a decision be taken by the CDPO, Baniyapur, on the petitioner's application if the same has been filed and is pending till date, within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
