2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide orders dated 09.11.2020/20.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 24801 of 2020 and 70285 of 2021.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63932 of 2023(3) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 22.11.2023, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within 18-24 months.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.

7. The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial on day to day basis within six months because the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 05.10.2019, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
